About Jim Tapper

Jim is a seasoned talent management, strategy and change management leader with over 30 years’ experience advising FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 CEOs, senior management teams and Boards of Directors. He is an accomplished senior leadership development speaker, facilitator and executive coach. Jim is an experienced psychotherapist focusing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema-based approaches and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
