Introduction.

Talk therapy provides a safe and confidential space to address difficult life experiences affecting emotional stability and other mental health issues

Talking to a trained listener and counsellor can be the key to overcoming anxiety, depression, bereavement, uncertainty in work or relationships, traumatic experiences, difficult emotions or sorting your direction in life. As trained psychologists and business people with over 40 years’ experience we can provide an informed point of view on the challenges you face and help you see things from a fresh perspective. We don’t believe in just asking open ended questions and being passive listeners.

We will engage in concrete conversation on your emotions, hurdles or barriers in your life and how to exploit your strengths. We are trained in multiple psychological methodologies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema-based approaches and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

We can work together in person, online, in couples, groups or individually. Everything is confidential and aimed at solid outcomes, not endless talk without solutions.
